Shipping Rates for ALL International orders including Canada are determined on an order by order basis. Customers will be contacted with the applicable shipping rates prior to orders being confirmed.
Duty, Clearance Fees, Customs Fees, etc. are the sole responsibility of the customer. Australian Products Co. cannot determine these charges in advance and will not be responsible for these charges. As a note, packages etc. from any country are subject to Duty and other such fee's. |

ALL Frozen Food orders must be shipped OVERNIGHT AIR and are shipped Mondays - Wednesdays Only. SHIPPING RATE INCREASES: Please note due to the many increases in shipping charges by all major carriers including DHL, UPS, FEDEX and the United States Post Office, after more than 5 years of maintaining our Standard Shipping rates, we have had to update these charges beginning February 1st 2006.
Australian Products Co. is doing everything possible to keep these additional charges to a minimum. As noted, heavy orders may incur slightly higher shipping charges if applicable. Light orders may be eligible for discounted shipping charges depending on overall size etc. This discount, if applicable, will be applied after the order has been received.
